Before you can display your vehicle at any Festivals of Speed event you must first complete an application for each vehicle and each event you which to participate in. To apply to have your vehicle on display at one of our events please complete the form below. The more information you provide the quicker our review team can make a decision on accepting your vehicle for display at the event. Once you click the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom the application form will be sent to our review team for consideration.
Our team typically reviews each entry within 72 hours. Once your car is approved your card will then automatically be charged the entry fee for that event. Your card will not be charged if your vehicle is not accepted. ONLY VEHICLES OFFCIALY APPROVED AND PAID FOR WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE DISPLAY FIELD.
Additionally, we encourage you to create an account. Having an account will allow you to apply for additional events without the need to complete the form again. You will be able to edit your details, see your event history and more.

By completing this application you understand that your vehicle is not guaranteed a spot to display for the event. All applications are reviewed and once approved and payment has completed your spot will be allocated.
